Q-Cells Signs 83-MW Solar Cell Agreement with SunPower Corp.
Q-Cells’ Innovative Technology to Be Used In Select Commercial and Utility Scale Solar Projects
SAN FRANCISCO, March 7, 2011 – Q-Cells North America, a global leader in designing, building and managing financially sustainable solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions, has signed an 83- megawatt solar cell supply agreement with SunPower Corp. (Nasdaq: SPWRA, SPWRB). Q-Cells solar technology will be used in select commercial and utility scale solar projects.
